BO knows best: BOMA launches an AI assistant for professionals in cleaning, facility and hygiene
BOMA is taking a new step in digital customer support with the launch of BO, a self-developed AI assistant (chatbot) integrated into the customer environment on the website and in the BOMA in the Pocket (BiP) app. With BO, customers now receive immediate answers to all their questions and advice on, for example, cleaning products, cleaning machines and work instructions. With this innovation, BOMA aims to simplify and accelerate the support process.

The AI assistant automatically searches the entire BOMA knowledge base and provides a clear answer within seconds, including source references. BO was trained in Dutch, French and English and can generate responses in the user's language. Smart.

From now on, BOMA customers can use BO via BOMA in the Pocket (BiP) or via the BOMA webshop. BO will also be available to experience in person at Interclean from 14 to 17 April, where visitors can attend a demonstration.
