This can be done through various channels, such as by phone, email or via our online reporting system in our BiP app. To make the process as efficient as possible, we ask for detailed information about the nature of the problem and the device's QR code, type, and location.
Remote problem diagnosis
The problem is analyzed as soon as the notification is received by our technical department. In many cases, our experts can make an initial diagnosis based on the information provided. Sometimes, minor issues can be resolved remotely with instructions, without the need for an on-site visit (whether paid or not).
Scheduling a maintenance visit
If a physical intervention is necessary, an appointment is scheduled immediately. Our technical department will do everything it can to send a technician to your location as soon as possible, depending on the type of maintenance contract you have for your machine.
With the 'Full Protect 1' plan, our technician will be at your location the very next day. With the 'Full Protect 2' plan, the technician will arrive within two days of the initial report. We keep you informed throughout the scheduling process and provide the technician's expected arrival time.
On-site: thorough inspection and repair
Upon arrival, our technician performs a thorough inspection of the machine. The technical department usually carries all the necessary parts in the service vehicle in order to resolve the issue on the spot. In the event of a complex breakdown, a quick solution is found, or if needed, a follow-up appointment is scheduled for additional repairs.

After the repair, the machine is thoroughly tested to ensure it's working properly. We always strive for a long-lasting solution so that your machine can continue to perform at an optimal level.
