Cleaning cold stores and freezers

You need to be able to store meat and other products in a cool place. Large chiller or freezer sections are often used for this purpose. These sure come in handy, though the cold temperatures don't exactly make it easy to clean them. Fortunately, with the right equipment, this need not be a problem.
